Ever wondered if there was a difference between a porn star and a porn actor, well according to porn producer and actor, Champ Robinson there’s a massive difference and he’s only interested in working with the latter.
Speaking recently on the Demystifying Gay Porn podcast Champ Robinson laid it out, and it’s really all to do with attitude and commitment to the industry. He told the show’s host, I. Que Grande that a porn actor is someone who can work with anybody, while a porn star is someone who’s just in it for the glory.

Speaking candidly, Champ said, “When you come into porn, you be exactly sure this is what you want to do…
“When I start to cast you and tell me, ‘I can’t do this, I can’t do that or I’m not into him…’ The difference between a porn star and a porn actor is a porn actor can do or work with anybody, a porn star just… wants the fame, just for the minute.
“Let’s just get this straight, don’t come in fucking around with my time and your time, because it’s valuable”
