1. Go online and find the right guy

Great article! I read it just simply out of curiosity but it was still fascinating. I would be concerned about anyone wanting bareback and being prepared to pay for it, but how do they ensure they are both safe?
For HIV there are the PrEP pills, which when taken as prescribed by a doctor can be even more effective than condoms at stopping HIV.
As for HPV and Hepatitis, there are vaccinations for those.
There really isn’t anything else for the other infections, however, since people don’t use condoms for other sexual activities like oral or rimming, if someone has an infection the likelihood of you getting it is pretty high.
Which is why it’s important to visit the STI clinic regularly and get tested. Most sex workers get tested pretty regularly.
